Lead warehouse operations at Healthy Planet through inventory control and labour planning in an on-site leadership role. Guide accurate, timely store shipments.

The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse and distribution activities supporting Healthy Planet stores. This leadership role manages receiving, picking, shipping, inventory integrity, safety, and service delivery. It also requires collaboration with Retail Operations, Purchasing, Transportation, Finance, and Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
- Plan staffing, shift coverage, workloads, and operational priorities
- Monitor throughput, accuracy, dispatch, productivity, backlogs, and labour costs
- Coordinate shipment changes, shortages, damages,



and urgent requests
- Maintain organized work areas and effective equipment use

Requirements:

- Significant warehouse or distribution operations management experience
- Experience leading supervisors and large teams
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
- Ability to work in office and adjust working hours
