As Store Manager, you will lead LensCrafters operations and integrate the Brand Story into every customer and patient interaction. You will analyze reporting, build action plans, and partner with the Doctor of Optometry. The work requires optical merchandise knowledge, sales ability, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure unsurpassed customer service across the LensCrafters team
- Train and coach team members using Company programs
- Analyze reports and implement actions improving store KPIs
- Partner with the Doctor of Optometry on experience and performance
- Guide operational, inventory, visual, and safety execution

Requirements:

- High School graduate or equivalent
- Four or more years of management or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise
- Robust influencing, negotiating, communication, and listening skills
- Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators
