Lead procurement transformation at Xplore Inc., combining strategic sourcing and supplier management across Canada’s fibre, 5G, and satellite broadband business. Build a scalable capability.

Reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Supplier Partnerships, the Director of Procurement will design and run procurement end to end. This senior leader will shape operating models, processes, governance, systems, and teams across network, technology, operations, and corporate spend. The mandate includes sourcing, contracting, supplier performance, risk, compliance, and measurable value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define Xplore’s procurement operating model, roadmap, and decision rights
- Implement source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes
- Build category management, sourcing, and procurement operations capabilities
- Establish governance, approval thresholds,



policies, and reporting
- Lead strategic sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and supplier management

Requirements:

- 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience
- 5+ years leading procurement functions or major category portfolios
- Telecommunications or capital-intensive technology industry experience
- Experience implementing procurement technology integrated with ERP platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business, technical, or financial field
