As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will travel extensively across Ontario while working one day weekly from Kumon’s Vaughan office. Your work supports franchisees, centre openings, market development, enrollment, retention, and operational goals. Success requires disciplined planning, solid communication, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare thoroughly for centre visits and meetings
- Use data to identify priorities and improvement opportunities
- Deliver actionable feedback and timely consultation follow-ups
- Support enrollment, retention, and operational performance
- Collaborate across branches and regional teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Two to four years in multi-unit service management or consulting
- Residence in Western or Southwestern GTA preferred
- Enjoyment of extensive travel across Ontario
