Requirements:

- Three to five years automotive dealership sales management experience
- Leadership experience in an automotive dealership environment
- Strong dealership accounting, budgeting, and expense management understanding
- Excellent people management, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Valid OMVIC sales certification
