As an HR Technology Vendor Relationship Manager, you will own value realization for assigned vendors and platforms. You will coordinate with HR, Technology, Procurement, Legal, Security, Finance, Product, and vendor teams. The portfolio may include Workday, Glint, Cornerstone, HiredScore, and other evolving applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own vendor relationships, governance routines, KPIs, SLAs, and quarterly reviews
- Support contracts, renewals, amendments, negotiations, and commercial protections
- Evaluate roadmaps, releases, AI capabilities, and product enhancements
- Oversee invoices, licensing utilization, spend,



budgets, and renewal timelines
- Coordinate RFPs, evaluations, selections, and implementation support

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Typically seven or more years of relevant experience
- Enterprise software vendor and contract negotiation experience
- Robust relationship management, negotiation, financial, and commercial judgment
- Knowledge of renewals, RFPs, security, AI governance, and vendor risk
