This role supports the International Sustainability Standards Board in developing IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards. You will research sustainability issues, analyse evidence, consult stakeholders, and prepare technical recommendations. The work connects sustainability reporting with capital markets, investors, and financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research climate, nature, biodiversity, human capital, and human rights issues
- Consult industry, investment, regulatory, and standard-setting stakeholders
- Develop technical proposals and recommendations for ISSB consideration
- Draft research papers, exposure drafts,



and sustainability standards
- Coordinate technical projects and related work plans

Requirements:

- Knowledge of sustainability and financial reporting standards, frameworks, and regulations
- Practical understanding of capital markets and sustainability-related value creation
- Ability to analyse issues and develop feasible solutions
- Understanding of standard-setting processes and participant roles
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
