123Dentist is seeking a Law Clerk – M&A; / Corporate to support high-volume deal work and corporate maintenance across the national platform. You will work closely with the Senior Corporate Legal Counsel and Director, Legal (Operations) on deal execution, filings, and documentation workflows.
This newly created role requires 4+ years as a Law Clerk with exposure to M&A;, corporate governance, and regulatory/compliance tasks. A Canadian Law Clerk program is preferred; French is a bonus.
