Support functional independence as a registered Physiotherapist with Northern Health in Burns Lake, delivering assessment and treatment planning. Work independently and collaboratively across rehabilitation settings to help clients achieve optimal health outcomes.

This Physiotherapist role serves inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community clients through Northern Health’s Rehabilitation Services department. You will provide physiotherapy services, contribute to multidisciplinary care, and support clients, families, and caregivers. The position also includes education, consultation, equipment prescription, quality initiatives, meetings, research, and qualified education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement physiotherapy programs across multiple care settings




- Prescribe equipment and educate clients and caregivers
- Participate in quality assurance, meetings, research, and education
- Provide work direction to rehabilitation assistants

Requirements:

- Current registration with British Columbia’s College of Health and Care Professionals
- One year of recent related experience
- Valid British Columbia driver’s license where required
- Ability to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Physical ability to perform position duties
