As Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, you will develop, implement, and oversee programs across the Matix Group of Companies. You will guide leadership and site teams through inspections, training, incident investigations, emergency planning, and environmental compliance. The position supports continuous improvement and a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and review compliant health and safety programs
- Oversee inspections, audits, hazards, and corrective actions
- Lead training, orientations, and refresher courses




- Investigate incidents and identify root causes
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation

Requirements:

- Five years of progressive health and safety experience
- Safety certificate, diploma, or related degree
- Robust regulatory knowledge and analytical skills
- Experience conducting investigations and corrective actions
- Ability to travel between Manitoba and Saskatchewan sites
