As a Forward Deployed Engineer for North, Cohere’s AI workspace platform, you will apply software engineering and Applied AI expertise. You will design agentic workflows, integrate tools, APIs, and sensitive enterprise data, and ship customer-facing features. The work spans prototypes through production deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate ambiguous customer problems into evaluated agentic workflows
- Design and deliver reliable, observable LLM-powered agents
- Build North features across the full product lifecycle
- Own technical solutions across frontend and other areas

Requirements:

- Production software experience with clean, testable Python
- Experience deploying RAG and multi-step agentic applications

- Ability to build accuracy, safety, and latency evaluations
