CBC/Radio-Canada seeks a Junior Real Estate Transactions Specialist supporting portfolio data, lease milestones, and reporting through hybrid work.

This permanent, full time position supports the Technology & Infrastructure Real Estate Transactions team. You will maintain portfolio data, track lease deadlines, validate financial information, and assist with quarterly management reporting. The role requires autonomy, organization, and bilingual English-French communication while supporting regional offices and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor renewal notices, option windows, expiries, and monthly reminders
- Reconcile BGIS statements with real estate portfolio databases
- Prepare quarterly indicators and executive management summaries
- Maintain transaction trackers, microsites, directories,



and operational databases
- Draft lease extensions, renewal correspondence, and briefing documents

Requirements:

- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Five years’ commercial lease or real estate operations experience
- Advanced Excel, pivot tables, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Database administration, microsite maintenance, and data governance aptitude
- Spoken and written English-French bilingualism required
