As Assistant Superintendent, you will support ONxpress Civil Contractors Joint Venture construction operations across rail and civil infrastructure works. Apply civil construction experience, technical document review, scheduling coordination, and safety-focused field oversight. Your work supports project plans, quality requirements, and coordinated delivery under the Alliance framework with Metrolinx.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist day-to-day site supervision for secure, efficient construction
- Coordinate subcontractors, crews, equipment, and materials
- Review technical documents, shop drawings, and construction details




- Maintain reports, diaries, photos, and progress tracking
- Monitor specifications, quality procedures, and safety requirements

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in engineering or construction management
- Five or more years of civil construction experience
- Rail, infrastructure, or transportation project experience preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
