Lead resident care with nursing expertise and interdisciplinary coordination at Optima Living, supporting seniors across its Western Canadian communities.

The Clinical Lead reports to the Director of Care and coordinates, supervises, administers, and evaluates resident services. This position provides person-centered care aligned with policies, regulations, and standards. In applicable communities, it assumes Director of Care duties during absences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead teams through complex or unexpected resident care situations
- Coordinate routines, assignments, meetings, and interdisciplinary teamwork
- Assess residents and report relevant physical or psychological changes
- Oversee medication management, documentation, supplies,



and resident records
- Support audits, complaints, emergency responses, and quality improvements

Requirements:

- Graduate from an approved school of nursing
- Current Alberta nursing license through CRNA or CLHA
- Minimum one year recent senior residential care experience
- Active CPR and First Aid certification
- Computer literacy and flexibility to work various shifts
