As a District Director, you will guide sales and operations across a district. You will shape business planning, lending strategies, marketing execution, and portfolio management. Your work will align district activity with corporate objectives while supporting credit quality, risk management, and business results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop district sales and operations teams
- Manage revenue, expenses, and quality across the loan portfolio
- Develop district lending, marketing, and sales business plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or related field
- Minimum seven years of lending or financial services experience
- Extensive knowledge of lending principles and industry practices
- Expertise in portfolio management, credit processes, and risk management
- Proficiency in oral and written English and French communication
