Lead AMA’s Integrations team through APIs and microservices while guiding enterprise integration development within a Scrum setting.

As Agile Team Lead, Integrations, you will balance technical leadership with people leadership across Enterprise Architecture & Data. You will develop, support, maintain, and enhance integration services and platforms using event-driven architecture, real-time data pipelines, and Agile practices. The role includes architecture collaboration, standards development, secure solution design, and team coaching. You will also contribute to enterprise architecture decisions and AI-driven development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead integration service and enterprise platform development
- Coach, mentor, and support Integrations team members
- Define architecture standards, patterns, tools,



and methodologies
- Create APIs, microservices, and real-time data pipelines
- Guide Scrum delivery through planning, demos, and retrospectives

Requirements:

- Eight years of related application and integration development experience
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Experience leading Agile integration development teams
- Hands-on AWS, TypeScript, Git, and CI/CD experience
- Extensive microservices, APIs, and event-driven integration experience
