As a Senior Risk Assessment Specialist, you will provide technical leadership within WSP’s Environmental Risk Assessment practice. You will guide multidisciplinary assignments involving risk characterization, regulatory interpretation, and environmental health science. Your work will translate scientific evidence into practical strategies supporting remediation, approvals, impact assessments, and contaminated sites management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead human health and ecological risk assessments
- Direct exposure assessments and environmental health studies
- Integrate science, engineering, and regulatory expertise




- Develop risk management strategies for complex projects
- Mentor emerging risk assessment professionals

Requirements:

- Degree in toxicology, environmental science, or related discipline
- Ten to fifteen years of environmental risk assessment experience
- Expertise in Canadian risk assessment frameworks and regulations
- Advanced knowledge of toxicology and exposure modelling
- Qualified organization membership or eligibility
