Prepare competitive AV proposals using system design analysis, cost estimating, and advanced Excel skills for commercial projects. Support pre-sales submissions through detailed solutions.

The Audiovisual Estimator develops proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and other bid opportunities. This position analyzes customer requirements, prepares costs, and supports compliant system solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and vendor partners across integrated low voltage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare budgets for commercial AV, security, and cabling systems
- Develop estimates covering labor, materials, logistics, and BOMs
- Interpret drawings, schematics, specifications, and project documentation
- Obtain pricing from manufacturers, distributors, and subcontractors




- Coordinate timely and accurate bid submissions with stakeholders

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of progressive structured cabling estimating experience
- Commercial AV estimating experience across conferencing and room integration
- Working knowledge of Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, and Shure
- Advanced Microsoft Office, Excel, Bluebeam, and estimating software proficiency
- Solid organization, communication, collaboration, and attention to detail
