Lead generative AI and agentic AI product strategy, delivery, and adoption for transformational Commercial Banking journeys across enterprise teams.

This experienced AI Product Manager owns products from discovery through production and continuous improvement. You will define vision, roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and success measures. The work aligns business value, user experience, architecture, data readiness, model behavior, controls, operations, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own strategy, roadmap, investment priorities, and success measures
- Lead business and user discovery across Commercial Banking journeys
- Define requirements, acceptance criteria, workflows, and exception handling
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery through launch and improvement




- Monitor adoption, quality, safety, cost, reliability, and outcomes

Requirements:

- Three or more years of relevant product management experience
- Experience owning complex AI, ML, data, or digital products
- Understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, evaluation, and guardrails
- Ability to define metrics, backlogs, releases, and adoption measures
- Bachelor's or advanced degree, or equivalent relevant experience
