As Manager, Operational Excellence, you will implement continuous improvement principles and proven best practices. You will improve workplace organization, material flow, value streams, throughput, materials control, and customer service. The work supports employees and managers in surfacing and solving process problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead process improvement workshops and Kaizen events
- Develop and promote continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations management
