You will interpret Canadian and United States customs regulations, trade agreements, and rules of origin. The work includes Harmonized System classification, compliance reviews, and regulatory analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer customs regulatory questions from internal and external clients
- Carry out Harmonized System classification projects
- Assess eligibility under various trade agreements
- Support Canada Border Services Agency compliance verifications
- Prepare advance ruling applications and appeal files

Requirements:

- College studies in international trade, logistics, or related field
- Seven to ten years of similar experience
- Canadian Certified Customs Specialist designation
- Advanced English and French, spoken and written
- Advanced Canadian and United States customs knowledge
