As a Salesforce Release Manager, you will coordinate enterprise application releases across Salesforce, MuleSoft, nCino, and integrated applications. The role requires Salesforce architecture knowledge, release management experience, and strong understanding of SDLC and change management. You will work with Development, QA, UAT, Operations, Business, Security, Infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage end-to-end enterprise application release activities
- Coordinate Salesforce seasonal and nCino bi-annual platform releases
- Lead readiness reviews, go/no-go meetings, and stakeholder communications
- Manage deployments,



validation testing, DAST, rollback planning, and verification
- Maintain calendars, deployment plans, runbooks, and readiness documentation

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of IT experience and three-plus managing releases
- Solid Salesforce architecture and deployment process understanding
- Experience supporting nCino implementations or platform releases
- Experience coordinating Salesforce, MuleSoft, APIs, and integrated applications
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, release management, and change management
