As Manager, AP&S; Strategy & Operations, you will translate strategy into coordinated execution across teams and sites. The role connects safety, security, investigations, intelligence, and operational risk. You will manage roadmaps, performance visibility, governance routines, and leadership reporting for measurable program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate AP&S; strategy into capability roadmaps and execution plans
- Prioritize initiatives, sequence work, and track delivery
- Manage governance, scorecards, performance reviews, and leadership reporting
- Lead alignment sessions to resolve dependencies and blockers




- Improve programs using incident, audit, compliance, and training insights

Requirements:

- Five to eight or more years in strategy or related environments
- Experience managing cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders
- Solid analytical skills with safety, incident, or operational data
- Experience building KPI frameworks, reporting tools, and scorecards
- Authorization to work in Canada and onsite availability four days weekly
