Serve Sun Life clients as an LLQP-certified Prospr Advisor, using active listening and digital tools in a hybrid Toronto work model.

As an Advisor, you will provide holistic Life, Health, and Wealth solutions for recent and existing clients. You will assess needs, recommend insurance solutions, and conduct investment risk assessments. The position supports Canadians pursuing short- and long-term financial goals through tailored advice and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call new and existing insurance clients proactively
- Identify needs through phone and digital conversations
- Recommend insurance solutions aligned with client goals
- Conduct investment risk assessments and recommend suitable solutions
- Support continuous improvements to client experiences and services

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or two years of relevant experience
- Valid sales and service experience, preferably insurance
- Strong knowledge of retail insurance products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
