As an AI Engineer, you will build the platform behind Superhuman Mail’s intelligent experiences. Your work spans MCP, personalization, agentic workflows, model selection, and evaluation systems. You will use technologies including Go, Postgres, Redis, Kubernetes, AWS, and TurboPuffer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and evolve Superhuman Mail’s MCP layer
- Design and ship scalable agentic workflows and personalization
- Build evaluations that measure quality and catch regressions
- Choose models for tasks across OpenAI, Anthropic, and open source
- Partner across Superhuman on AI building blocks

Requirements:

- Four to seven or more years of software engineering experience
- Strong backend foundation in Python, TypeScript, or Go
- Production experience shipping LLM-powered features
- Experience building evaluations for LLM quality
- Working ML knowledge and comfort with changing priorities
