This full time Resident Engineer role supports Extreme Networks products and solutions during customer network support and implementation. You will act as a trusted advisor while analyzing requirements, resolving issues, and communicating across customer, sales, and partner teams. The work requires extensive networking experience, security knowledge, and robust technical communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide onsite project implementation support for customer network solutions
- Follow Extreme Networks PDIO implementation methodology
- Create and maintain project documentation throughout implementation




- Lead technical discussions and advise customers during implementation
- Coordinate sales, partners, and customers during solution delivery

Requirements:

- Six or more years of networking technology experience
- Four or more years implementing network security designs
- Hands-on experience with security-related toolsets
- Strong network troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills
- Extreme ECP certification and knowledge of four networking technologies
