Compass Group Canada is seeking a Chef Manager to lead culinary teams in a quick-paced on-site environment in the Metro Vancouver region. You will oversee menu development, food preparation phases, and ensure service excellence while managing costs.

This role requires 3+ years of culinary experience with supervisory skills, solid communication, and staff training. Red Seal is a plus. We offer health benefits, ongoing learning, and a cooperative culture.
