The Sourcing Manager, Packaging directs end-to-end packaging development and procurement. You will partner with manufacturing, engineering, QA/QC, and R&D; teams. The work covers strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, value engineering, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct packaging projects from concept through commercialization
- Ensure materials meet evolving regulations and environmental requirements
- Standardize technical packaging specifications across the product portfolio
- Negotiate global supplier agreements through RFP and RFQ programs




- Optimize designs for automated production line compatibility

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field
- Seven-plus years in packaging sourcing, procurement, or engineering
- Hands-on R&D; experience evaluating material and substrate interactions
- Ability to interpret chemical compositions for safety and compliance
- Expertise in automated manufacturing lines and operational optimization
