Stelco seeks an Electrician for its Lake Erie facility in Nanticoke, Ontario. The permanent position requires a 442A Industrial Electrician or 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician certification. You will diagnose equipment problems, perform modifications, and maintain electrical, electronic, instrumentation, mechanical, and process systems. Work follows established safety procedures and mandatory protective equipment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and test equipment to diagnose and analyze problems
- Determine repairs and modifications minimizing production interruptions
- Install, dismantle, calibrate, repair, and maintain systems
- Perform investigations,



experimental work, layouts, burning, and soldering
- Develop applications, procedures, and complete safety clearances

Requirements:

- Hold Industrial Electrician Certificate of Qualification 442A
- Or hold Construction and Maintenance Electrician certification 309A
- Have at least two years of industrial environment experience
- Withstand hot, cold, dirty, dusty, wet, or noisy conditions
- Work rotating twelve-hour continental shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays
