Anovia seeks an Avaya Aura specialist for a six-month term supporting client voice environments. The work combines Communication Manager, Application Enablement Services, Device Services, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration. You will resolve NOC tickets, inventory systems, apply patches, and document verified changes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve NOC tickets across Avaya Aura voice environments
- Inventory components and map applicable Security Service Packs
- Apply interim hardening to management interfaces
- Schedule maintenance windows with client stakeholders




- Document before-and-after evidence and remediation results

Requirements:

- Five-plus years administering Avaya Aura platforms
- Three-plus years administering and patching Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Experience installing Avaya Security Service Packs or Super Patches
- Working knowledge of UC architecture, SIP, and H.323
- Solid production change management and client communication
