ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll play an important role in helping customers get the most from our products. This is a hands‑on, varied position that combines technical support, hardware repairs, troubleshooting, and backup customer service.

You bring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a natural curiosity about technology. You’re comfortable supporting customers with different levels of technical knowledge, from experienced OEM contacts to equipment operators who need clear, straightforward guidance. You take ownership of issues, stay organized, and know when to investigate further or bring in additional expertise.
You don’t need to know everything on day one. What matters most is your customer-first approach, technical aptitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow through.
