As Manager, IT Financial Performance, you will lead approximately 15 professionals within the CIO Office. You will advance tools, dashboards, and analytical capabilities supporting informed decisions. The mandate includes financial management, information technology, transformation, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and skills development
- Align teams and partners around strategic priorities and needs
- Prioritize IT financial performance advisory service requests




- Plan budgeting and financial performance reporting activities
- Implement tools, dashboards, analytics, and automation opportunities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
- Chartered Qualified Accountant designation
- At least five years of relevant financial management experience
- Professional team management experience and information technology knowledge
- Advanced French and English proficiency, spoken and written
