This Finance Manager FP&A; serves as a business partner to Product Line leadership. The position leads forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and PVM analysis. It connects financial results with operational drivers across Orders, Revenue, Margin, EBITDA, and Cash.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead finance partnership with the General Manager and leadership team
- Provide insights on risks, opportunities, and financial performance
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
- Develop models and what-if scenarios for decisions
- Drive improvements in reporting, processes, and forecasting accuracy

Requirements:

- Five to eight-plus years of FP&A; or finance experience
- Finance, Business, or related bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Robust financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and Power BI or similar tools preferred
- Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders
