The City of Laval is seeking an experienced advisor to lead occupational health and safety prevention and CNESST claims management. You will develop prevention programs, support managers with tools, and coordinate return-to-work actions in a unionized setting.
Reporting to the head of the health, safety and well-being division, you will drive cross-cutting improvements, establish annual objectives, and promote a culture of accountability and sustainable attendance. Hybrid work is offered.
