The Operations Support Supervisor oversees warehouse duties across inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving. This supervisor leads and mentors unionized staff, including lead hands, while supporting Warehouse Supervisors. The work focuses on operational efficiency, performance goals, communication, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delegate inventory, fulfillment, and shipping and receiving duties
- Monitor KPI performance and prepare regular reports
- Use data insights to improve processes and efficiency
- Support employees with concerns,



grievances, and conflict resolution
- Conduct safety inspections and training

Requirements:

- Minimum three years’ warehouse leadership experience
- Knowledge of ERP software and warehouse management systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
