Lead mixed-method UX research at StackAdapt as a Remote First Senior UX Researcher working from anywhere in Canada. Shape product strategy through actionable insights.

This 18-month contract supports research across three to four product teams. You will frame ambiguous problems, conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, and influence product roadmaps. The role also includes AI-enabled workflow improvements, stakeholder coaching, and workshop facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead research strategy across three to four product teams
- Translate complex business questions into transparent research plans
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative mixed-method studies
- Facilitate workshops converting findings into product requirements
- Improve UXR tools and processes using AI workflows

Requirements:

- Bring 4–7+ years of applied UX research experience
- Demonstrate proficiency across qualitative and quantitative methods
- Integrate AI tools into research workflows
- Manage concurrent studies across multiple product teams
- Communicate insights to product teams and executive leadership
