Lead real estate transactions and cross-functional projects at Chartwell as a bilingual Project Manager in a hybrid work environment. Use English and French daily.

This Project Manager leads initiatives from planning through completion across Chartwell’s strategic priorities. The initial focus includes acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and property transitions, alongside technology implementations and business improvement projects. You will coordinate stakeholders across Canada, including Quebec.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage real estate projects from initiation through completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinate due diligence, approvals, closings, and transitions
- Manage risks, issues, decisions, and project changes




- Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:

- Fluency in written and verbal English and French
- Five-plus years managing complex cross-functional projects
- Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and expectations
- Solid organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
