Senior Technical Recruiter, Quantum Computing Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own and drive full-cycle recruitment for some of the most complex and niche roles in deep tech. You will help build the team behind scalable quantum computing, finding and winning over the physicists, engineers, and computer scientists who make it real. You’ll partner closely with executives, technical leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to build world-class teams in quantum hardware, software, algorithms, and supporting disciplines.This role requires a technically fluent, highly consultative recruiting qualified who can navigate ambiguity, influence strategically, and attract top talent in one of the world’s most competitive domains.Technical Talent AcquisitionLead full-cycle hiring for high-specialization roles across a variety of business areas.Develop sourcing strategies tailored to rare talent markets, leveraging industry networks, research communities, academic labs, conferences, and talent ecosystems.Evaluate deeply technical candidates, effectively assessing for technical capability, competencies, and culture fit.Build proactive pipelines of highly specialized talent, anticipating future growth areas in hardware, algorithms, architecture, and engineering.Manage offers and closing for senior and international candidates, including competing offers and relocation.Strategic Partnership & Workforce PlanningServe as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and technical leads on talent availability, benchmarking, and compensation insights.Collaborate with people leaders and the People team on headcount planning, role design, leveling,



and organizational scaling.Support hiring managers in understanding and complying with Photonic's People and Recruitment processes.our recruitment processes, Track and report on hiring metrics (such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance) to spot bottlenecks and improve results.Maintain a high bar for candidate experience, ensuring transparency, empathy, and speed across the pipeline.6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including at least 3 years recruiting for engineering and scientific roles across hardware and software.
