Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Clinical Counsellor to provide professional counselling services to individuals experiencing emotional and psychological challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct confidential counselling sessions.
- Assess clients' concerns and establish collaborative treatment goals.
- Provide evidence-informed counselling interventions.
- Support clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and life transitions within professional competence.
- Maintain confidential and accurate client records.
- Follow professional ethical standards and privacy requirements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers when appropriate and with client consent.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Counselling, or a related field.
- Current Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) designation with BCACC.
- Strong communication and therapeutic relationship skills.
- Experience with trauma-informed counselling is an asset.
- Ability to maintain skilled boundaries and confidentiality.
