The AVP, IT Delivery Lead oversees multiple large programs concurrently, balancing scope, resources, dependencies, and competing priorities. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and partners while strengthening governance, risk management, and assurance. The position connects business and technical expertise across delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop integrated plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Lead multiple complex IT programs and project teams concurrently
- Manage dependencies, shared resources, risks, and competing priorities
- Maintain governance documentation, reporting, financials, benefits,



and risks
- Partner with executives, vendors, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least seven years managing large, complex projects
- Experience overseeing multiple projects within program structures
- Leadership across vendors, system integrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence
