Manage repair and maintenance for CHANEL Oakridge Park Boutique in Vancouver, using vendor relationships, urgent response, and preventative planning. This is a temporary, full time five-month contract.

Reporting to the Head of Store Planning, you will support CHANEL Canada across Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewellery. The role requires design or architecture experience, AutoCAD and Excel proficiency, architectural floor plan reading, and knowledge of local regulations and building codes. You will coordinate requirements, contractors, skilled trades, artists, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect requirements through inspections and end user reporting
- Communicate site needs and schedule repair work




- Maintain vendor relationships and develop new vendors
- Negotiate processes and conduct competitive bidding
- Execute sustainable preventative maintenance programs

Requirements:

- Background in design or architecture
- Experience assessing quotes, purchase orders, and yearly budgets
- Understanding of furniture, millwork, artwork, and finishes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel
- Ability to travel within Canada
