As People Services AI Solutions & Configuration Lead, you will guide technical configuration within Manulife’s People Services AI squad. You will translate requirements into scalable solutions while partnering with HR, technology, architecture, analytics, governance, and product teams. The work spans employee experience, platform capability, and responsible AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and configure AI-enabled capabilities within Workday platforms
- Translate business requirements into technical configuration designs
- Evaluate Workday AI capabilities and recommend experience improvements
- Lead solution reviews and technical impact assessments




- Support testing, release planning, validation, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years configuring, implementing, or supporting Workday solutions
- Deep expertise in Workday configuration and platform capabilities
- Experience leading complex solution design initiatives
- Solid understanding of HR processes and employee experience
- Experience working in Agile cross-functional product teams
