Lead facilities operations across Waterloo or Ottawa properties, using Entrata, building systems expertise, and maintenance leadership. Travel between assigned properties is required.

The Facility Manager oversees physical condition, safety, functionality, and operational reliability across assigned properties. This regional role supports resident experience, leasing execution, asset performance, unit readiness, and capital planning. It partners with General Managers, Leasing, Operations, Capital Projects, Facilities staff, vendors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect properties and document risks and corrective actions in Entrata
- Plan preventive and reactive maintenance activities through Entrata
- Lead Facility Supervisors and maintenance staff daily
- Manage vendors, contractors, scopes, schedules, and performance




- Coordinate unit readiness, turnovers, and move-ins with Leasing

Requirements:

- Minimum five to eight years facilities or maintenance management experience
- Experience leading maintenance teams and external contractors
- Knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and asset management
- Proficiency with Entrata, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
- Post-secondary facilities, building operations, engineering, or related education preferred
