Reporting to assigned Director(s), Clinical Operations, this Manager leads a front-line patient care department or health program. The position oversees people, resources, operational activities, and service contracts. It supports effective service delivery through clinical advice, policies, procedures, communications, and performance planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage operating and capital budgets, expenses, and action plans
- Supervise Nurses at Level 4 or 5 classification
- Recruit, mentor, and provide meaningful performance feedback
- Lead quality care, risk management, and operational change
- Coordinate shared resources across departments and sites

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in health sciences or related field
- Seven years of recent related experience
- Two years of leadership experience
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of budgets, information systems, and collective agreements
