Lead complex water infrastructure programs at HDR using multidisciplinary program management and strategic client advisory skills. This full time role is based in Toronto.

As Principal Program Manager, you will lead major water programs supporting safe water, wastewater, sustainable supplies, flood control, and resilient infrastructure. You will advise clients across technical, regulatory, financial, and community considerations. The position requires program execution, risk management, team leadership, and quality oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with technical complexity
- Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community matters
- Plan, direct, and monitor program execution




- Identify risks and support timely decision-making
- Monitor financial performance, quality, resources, and contract compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field
- At least ten years of program management experience
- At least four years as a Senior Program Manager
- Professional Engineering, PMP, PgMP, AICP, or CCM certification
- Experience leading programs valued at $500 million or more
