Canadian Cancer Society is seeking a Manager, Change Management (Contract) to lead change management across CCS projects and strategic initiatives. The role partners with the VP, Strategy Alignment and PMO to embed change practices into planning, with a focus on readiness, adoption and sustained outcomes.

The position requires a university degree and 5+ years’ experience in change management, proficiency with Prosci ADKAR, and solid stakeholder engagement.
