Join our growing Water and Wastewater team in Winnipeg, MB (remote applicants considered) as a Senior Water/Wastewater Process Engineer/Project Manager. You’ll be a trusted design resource and project leader on municipal water and wastewater treatment projects that shape communities across Canada.Together, we deliver design and project management services for municipal clients, including treatment facilities, pump stations, reservoirs, and distribution systems.Manage multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.Deliver innovative designs for municipal water and wastewater systems, including process flow diagrams, P&IDs;, and detailed engineering specifications.Oversee procurement and tendering of major process equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Drive project financials, schedules, and deliverables while mentoring junior and intermediate engineers.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute scopes of work and manage subcontractors effectively.Champion health and safety, quality management,



and regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycles.10+ years of technical expertise in water/wastewater treatment design and project delivery.Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering; Master’s degree is an asset.Proven ability to lead projects independently and manage complex, multi-disciplinary teams.Experience in business development and client relationship building.Strong knowledge of permitting processes, contract administration, and commissioning practices.Valid driver’s licence and readiness to travel as needed.We exist to shape communities to advance humanity.
