Customer service and agricultural sales define this full-time UFA prospect in Grande Prairie, supporting grain handling and store operations. Work primarily Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with possible varied shifts.

As a Customer Sales & Service Representative, you will support agricultural products, grain handling solutions, building materials, and related services. The position reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and contributes to customer relationships, sales growth, and operational standards. UFA’s Farm Store serves producers and rural communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver customer service through in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Build customer relationships through engagement and CRM activities
- Recommend products, services, and solutions based on customer needs




- Process customer orders, including eCommerce transactions
- Assist with inventory, merchandising, shipping, receiving, and yard operations

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Five years’ experience in sales, service, agriculture, or related industries
- Knowledge of grain handling products and building materials
- Relationship-based sales and customer account management success
- Ability to lift 25 kilograms and work indoors or outdoors
