Job description
* Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to do:* Ensure a daily presence in the field to support operational activities;
* Coordinate activities with suppliers and customers;
* Carry out the acquisition,



reception and configuration of equipment;
* Ensure the follow-up of the ticketing and process the various requests in progress;
* Document the activities carried out and keep the information up to date;
* Occasionally travel as needed;
* Analyze technical situations and communicate effectively with the various stakeholders while ensuring service-oriented customer management;
* + The profile we are looking for is as follows: + Have training in an AEC or DEC level computer science discipline; + Experience in the health field (an asset); + Adopt a customer service-oriented approach; + Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication and pedagogical skills; + Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams; + Demonstrate a valuable analytical and synthesis skills, method and rigor in investigation.
