Lead change management for the Canadian Cancer Society through a hybrid mode in Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa, Montreal, or Québec. Apply structured methodologies and stakeholder engagement.

The Manager, Change Management reports to the Vice President, Strategy Alignment. This contract role guides organizational projects and strategic initiatives through readiness, adoption, and sustained outcomes. You will partner with leaders, project teams, the Project Management Office, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead change management within organizational projects and strategic initiatives
- Establish tools, templates, processes, and standards for the Project Management Office
- Conduct readiness and change impact assessments
- Develop communication, sponsorship, coaching,



and change management plans
- Coach teams and support change management training programs

Requirements:

- University degree in communications, psychology, business, economics, or related field
- Five-plus years advising on and executing change strategies
- Experience with Prosci ADKAR and other methodologies
- Working knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies
- Bilingual French and English communication skills required
